Hatha Yoga

​Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation

Meditation

Guided meditation is a form of meditation which utilizes a number of different techniques to achieve or enhance the meditative state. It may simply be meditation done under the guidance of a practitioner or teacher, or it may be through the use of imagery, music, and other techniques.

Yin Yoga

Yin is a slower-paced, more meditative. In Yin, the poses are held for a longer period of time (typically three to five minutes) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments and fascia) rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement
