Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles.
It is one of the original yogic systems that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation
Yin is a slower-paced, more meditative. In Yin, the poses are held for a longer period of time (typically three to five minutes) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments and fascia) rather than focusing on the muscles.
As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement
Hatha / Yin Yoga is a practice that blends two styles of yoga into one, bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses (Yin yoga) with more dynamic sequences and standing postures (Hatha yoga).
Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer. Yin is more meditative, internal, passive, cooling, and downward that encourages healing.
Hatha Yoga, in contrast, refers to a more active practice. This works on the (Yang) muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina, and flexibility. Hatha is more external, dynamic, warming, and upward.
A combination of gentle massage of the physical body and the energetic body, with intuitive guidance to harmonize the being in all his bodies and bring calm, relaxation and well-being.
