Our Classes

Hatha Yoga

​Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—ranging from two to five minutes or more.
Yin yoga was developed to penetrate deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility while invigorating the energy centers of the body

Vinyasa Flow Power Yoga

Vinyasa flow power yoga is an energetic form of yoga where participants move fluidly from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This type of yoga incorporates strength, endurance, balance, cardio, as well as physical and mental stamina in one session. Vinyasa flow power yoga incorporates regular sequences that are varied by altering the pace, frequency, and duration of the poses.

Guided Meditation

The class is guided and uses visuals, sounds, and aromas to re-create a warm and serene environment to come back to the present moment. The class will help participants gain a new perspective on stressful situations, increasing self-awareness; reducing negative emotions; increasing imagination and creativity and increasing patience and tolerance.

About Us

Karine and Stéphane having practiced yoga for 8+ years decided to follow the Hatha Yoga certification in Embrun and graduated in December 2017. They also are certified in Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga.
